Grandpa Buddy and I had a heartfelt talk the other day and he finally admitted he was proud of me for getting a job, well, he didn’t exactly say it that way.  It was more like “At least you are working, even though you don’t actually look like you are working too hard, it’s better than nothing.”

Then Grandpa surprised me with:

“When you can see obstacles for what they are, you never lose faith in the path it takes to get you where you want to go.”

(of course I saw this quote in the oprah magazine that was lying open on the floor so I’m not so sure he doesn’t steal some of these quotes)

Then I realized Grandpa could have a job on my blog with sharing his quotes, maybe it will put a little zip in his step.
